The commonly used B.M.I. is a great way to get an idea of where you are on the 'obesity' scale. However it doesnt take
into account muscle mass.
Apparently Arnie ( of Terminator fame ;-) would be 'obese' according to BMI due to the weight of his muscles in relation
to his height.
Therefore its a great idea to make a calculation of the percentage of your body weight which is fat.
There are of course handy bathroom scales which will do the job for you but its just as easy to do some simple measurements
and pop them in the table on the left which will calculate your body fat%.
This easy method is effective for most people and is a great way to check the accuracy of body analysis scales if you
happen to be using them as well.
